The cash option appears at checkout when the route allows it. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored by us.
From United Arab Emirates we run cross-border transfers to Oman. Search the destination directly to see whether the crossing is priced from Deira, and carry your passport and any visa the border requires.
Yes — free of charge up to 24 hours before the pickup time, counted in local time at Deira. Inside 24 hours, and for no-shows, the booking is not refundable, and a deposit on a part-paid booking is never refundable. Refunds return to the card that paid, normally within two to ten business days.
