By card when you book, charged in EUR, or — on routes where it is offered — part online and the rest to the driver in cash, settled in Sri Lankan rupee or euros. The cash option appears at checkout when the route allows it. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored by us.
Yes — free of charge up to 24 hours before the pickup time, counted in local time at Kandapola. Inside 24 hours, and for no-shows, the booking is not refundable, and a deposit on a part-paid booking is never refundable. Refunds return to the card that paid, normally within two to ten business days.
