Yes — free of charge up to 24 hours before the pickup time, counted in local time at Appiano Gentile. Inside 24 hours, and for no-shows, the booking is not refundable, and a deposit on a part-paid booking is never refundable. Refunds return to the card that paid, normally within two to ten business days.
